THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

·        Providing operational support to the Deputy Chief Member Associations Officer
·        Provide administrative support to the Paris team and conduct research
·        Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation
·        Follow up on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
·        Coordinate logistics for Member Association delegations visiting the Paris office
·        Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and official missions
·        Supporting the team in the organisation of workshops and seminars, including education and capacity building
·        Improve the service to the MAs with the help of external stakeholders and other departments/divisions
·        Assist in the development and implementation of specific football development projects within Africa in collaboration with other FIFA departments

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

·        Strong organizational and communication skills
·        Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
·        Team player with a collaborative mindset
·        Interest in football development and international organizations
·        Bachelor's or Master's student (Currently pursuing or recent graduate) in Sports Management, Law, Business, International Relations, or a related field
·        Strong analytical and writing skills
·        Good knowledge of project management principles

·        Interest in international development and sport

·        Previous internship or project experience is an asset
·        Experience in administration or project coordination is an asset
·        Experience in an international or multicultural environment is an asset
·        Sport organization experience is an advantage

·        Volunteer experience in sport is welcomed
·        Fluent in English

·        Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / AR / ES) is an asset
·        Willingness to travel when/if required  

·        Availability to work from the Paris office four days per week
