This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge
• Lead the design and development of new molding and cutting tools in collaboration with R&D teams, ensuring quality, cost, and manufacturability.
• Define tool specifications, validate simulations, select suppliers, and manage the first production runs.
• Oversee the maintenance, modification, and availability of existing tools with subcontractors in France and abroad.
• Define and manage the annual investment budget for tooling, aligning with industrial strategy and production needs.

What it takes to Run what runs the world
• Bac +3/+5 in Plastics Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic and/or metal tooling, or in a plastic processing or cutting environment
• Strong knowledge of tool design, supplier coordination, production support, and continuous improvement
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
