12-month HR Apprenticeship From September 2024 to September 2025 Paris area Master 1 or 2 Salary based on study level Apply online now YOUR MISSIONS : - Compensation and Benefits Policy : Develop databases for compensation surveys and simulate various compensation elements - International KPI Reporting Project : Collaborate with HR IT teams to create a new global KPI reporting system for managing the compensation and social benefits policy. - Social Data Consolidation : Update annual social data and extract monthly data reports related to compensation and headcount. - Individual Social Balance Sheet : Verify and control data on the Individual Social Balance Sheet for France. - Gender Equality Index : Monitor, simulate, and advise on projecting the gender equality index YOU WILL LEARN - Data management skills, proficiency with computer tools, and Excel databases. - Discretion, confidentiality, and analytical precision. - Rigor, organization, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills. - How to efficiently work in a diverse team and enviroment What does our recruitment process look like? 1°/ If your CV is selected, you will BE invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (with our HR recruiters Lucie & Laurie) 2°/ Then, you will get an Operational interview with your potential future manager(s) to convince them that you are the best fit At this point, your recruiter switches to coaching mode. This apprenticeship, starting in September 2024, offers a deep dive into the complex world of compensation. You are - A Master student (M1 or M2 level) - No margin for negotiation on this one Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of at least 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either - Creative Entrepreneur : courageous and adventurous.
