Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!#IWorkForAllForGoodReporting to the Value Realization Office (within the Futures Department), the Projects and AI Controller will be responsible for maximizing and tracking the value created by Bel's digital transformation initiatives, including AI projects, working closely with project teams, Transformation and Finance, with the following key responsibilities:Driving end-to-end value management for Bel’s digital transformation projectsSupport the full lifecycle of value creation, from business case definition to value realization trackingContribute to the construction and validation of business cases in collaboration with project owners and Finance teamsStructure value drivers, financial assumptions, and expected benefitsPut in place the methodology, track actual value delivery vs. commitments and highlight deviationsMonitoring transformation portfolio performanceConsolidate and monitor the transformation projects’ portfolio from a value perspectiveTrack and report key financial and operational KPIs at portfolio levelEnsure alignment between project execution and value delivery milestonesProactively flag risks, delays, or gaps vs. value commitmentsContribute to identifying underperformance and supporting action plans or strategic adjustments when neededCross-functional collaboration (Transformation & Finance)Act as a key interface between Transformation teams, Project leaders, and Finance stakeholdersEnsure alignment with Finance processes, tools, and governanceBuild strong working relationships across functions to support a value-driven cultureSupporting value management for AI initiativesContribute to the monitoring of the AI project portfolio from a value creation standpointSupport Finance stakeholders engaged in AI initiativesHelp ensure clarity and consistency of value drivers across AI projectsTrack delivery and financial impact of AI initiativesProfile3 to 5 years of experience in Finance (e.g., FP&A, controlling, financial analysis)Strong analytical skills and ability to structure business cases and financial modelsGood understanding of financial concepts (ROI, NPV, cash impact, cost drivers…)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with multiple stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailFluency in English (mandatory)Strong sense of ownership, curiosity and driveExposure to digital or AI-related projects is appreciatedPosition based in Suresnes, or international with regular travels to SuresnesWhy join us?Play a central role in tracking and delivering value across strategic transformation initiativesContribute to building a structured and consistent value management approach across the GroupBe involved in high-visibility AI initiatives with strong business impactWork in a dynamic, international, and collaborative environmentIf you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
