Job Description

Core Pillars of Responsibility

Digital Learning Design & Instructional Engineering (60% focus)

- Creative Production: Utilizes high-end authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, Vyond) to draft storyboards, write scripts, and create engaging learning assets (videos, modules, quizzes).

- Project Management: Manages the creation of modules and oversees project execution through agencies or external freelancers, ensuring adherence to future specifications.

- Pedagogical Alignment : Applies adult learning theories to transform business objectives into clear, measurable learning outcomes.

- Global Support: Manages translation processes and scales learning modules for a diverse, international audience.

LMS Administration & Operations (30% focus)

- Platform Management: Oversees daily operations of the LYW Platform (and others), including uploading content, defining user pathways, enrolling participants, and troubleshooting technical issues.

- Stakeholder Support: Acts as the key technical reference point, assisting internal stakeholders and regional Academy Administrators in maximizing platform capabilities.

Reporting , Data & Analytics (10% focus)

- Insights-Driven Improvements : Analyzes training KPIs to build dashboards and reports for leadership.

- Continuous Improvement : Recommends modifications to existing courses based on quantitative data and user feedback.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) in Educational Technology or Instructional Design (criticality: Medium-High)

Experience : 3 years in digital content creation and LMS administration in multicultural/international environments (criticality: High, vital for global scaling)

Hard Tools: Articulate 360 (advanced Storyline), Vyond, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Suite, LMS/LxP platforms (criticality: High)

Languages : English (C1/C2 - Fluent) and French (Professional Working Proficiency) (criticality: High, key for a French-headquartered or global organization)

Soft Skills : Multi-project management, stakeholder communication, adaptability, creative thinking (criticality: High, managing global clients, SMEs)

Collaboration & Team Player Qualities :

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse team.
