Head of Lab Composite Measures Science & Integration

IQVIA seeks a Senior Director to lead the strategic and scientific development of laboratory and genomic-enabled composite measures that integrate multiple data sources for clinical trials, real-world studies, and patient care. The role combines measurement science expertise with leadership of cross-functional teams to create validated, scalable solutions aligned with regulatory requirements and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end development, validation, and implementation of composite measures integrating laboratory, genomic, and patient-reported data
• Establish strategic direction and operating model for laboratory-enabled composite measure development in partnership with IQVIA Labs
• Lead research design, validation protocols, and analytical methods while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance
• Oversee evaluation and qualification of laboratory measurement instruments and associated operational documentation
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with therapeutic experts, regulators, clients, and technology partners to deliver solutions

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, biostatistics, clinical outcome assessment, or related field
• Extensive experience developing and validating composite or companion measures
• Deep expertise in laboratory science, genomics, digital health, and clinical outcome assessment
• Demonstrated scientific leadership and regulatory knowledge in drug development contexts
• Experience with cross-functional team leadership and complex stakeholder management
• Track record of advancing scientific thought leadership through publications and presentations
