Brand Content & Social Media (H/F)

Rattaché.e à notre équipe communication, tu travailleras en collaboration directe avec notre Content Marketing Manager. Ton objectif : donner vie à notre ton de voix, concevoir des contenus percutants et faire rayonner notre marque auprès de nos communautés.
Tes principales missions :
- Rédaction de contenus multi-supports & Brand Content
Tu rédiges des contenus engageants dans la tonalité Hello Watt pour promouvoir nos offres (panneaux solaires, pompe à chaleur, contrats d’énergie).
Tu rédigeras par exemple des mails , des posts LinkedIn et Instagram , des communiqués de presse , ainsi que des articles d’actualité sur l’énergie, la rénovation énergétique et les enjeux écologiques.
Aux côtés des équipes produit et design, tu conçois des contenus clairs, concis et engageants (modales, notifications, bannières) pour notre application de suivi de consommation d’énergie , téléchargée par plus d’un million de Français.
Exemple : une nouvelle fonctionnalité permet de piloter la charge de son véhicule électrique ; tu rédiges les textes qui accompagnent le parcours de déblocage du véhicule et donnent envie d’activer la charge intelligente.
Garant du ton de voix : tu participes à la réflexion globale sur notre identité éditoriale et veilles à la cohérence de notre ton de voix sur l'ensemble des supports.
- Animation des Réseaux Sociaux & Communautés
Stratégie & Création Social Media : Tu animes le calendrier éditorial et crées des contenus innovants (en priorité Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, mais aussi TikTok et Facebook).
Animation de communauté : Tu fédères et animes nos communautés actives (+1 million d'utilisateurs sur l'application, +1,5M d'abonnés à la newsletter, +14 000 membres sur notre groupe Facebook).
Veille & Performance : Tu mènes une veille créative pour repérer les tendances, les formats qui cartonnent, ainsi que les créateurs de contenu avec qui interagir. Tu suis et analyses les performances de tes publications (reporting).
