An established international law firm is investing significantly in the growth of its Paris Asset Finance practice and is seeking Junior, Mid-Level and Senior Associates to join the team.

The team acts on a broad range of cross-border matters across aviation, maritime, banking and structured finance for a diverse international client base. The Opportunity

The team advises banks, financial institutions, lessors, investors and corporate clients on a wide range of international finance transactions, including:

✈️ Aviation Finance

Aircraft financings, leasing transactions, portfolio acquisitions, refinancing matters and export credit-supported transactions.

Maritime Finance

Ship financings, acquisition financings, restructuring mandates and complex cross-border maritime transactions.

Banking & Structured Finance

Syndicated lending, acquisition finance, debt restructurings and sophisticated structured finance arrangements.

Derivatives & Commercial Finance Documentation

Exposure to industry-standard documentation and complex international financing structures.

Associates at all levels will work closely with partners and clients on high-profile mandates, with responsibilities tailored to experience. More senior lawyers will have opportunities to take on transaction management responsibilities, develop client relationships and support the continued growth of the practice.

Who Should Apply?
