Us3 Consulting is supporting a client on a confidential senior executive appointment for an accomplished leader who can translate technology, AI and business transformation into measurable commercial value.

Given the nature and seniority of this hire, this brief focuses on the experience and capabilities we are seeking. The precise remit, organisational context and opportunity will be discussed privately with suitably aligned individuals.

The background we are looking for

You will bring a strong track record at VP, C-suite or equivalent executive level, combining strategic judgement with direct accountability for delivery. Your experience should include:

• Leading complex, multimillion-pound or euro transformation programmes , with clear ownership of budgets, execution and business outcomes.
• Turning technology, data and AI investment into tangible results , such as revenue growth, margin improvement, productivity gains or operational efficiency.
• Working closely with boards, investors and executive teams , translating commercial priorities into practical transformation plans.
• Creating value within private equity-backed businesses, or through M&A, post-acquisition integration, restructuring or turnaround.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across international organisations , aligning technology, operations and commercial functions.
• Taking initiatives from strategy through implementation , with effective governance, adoption and benefits tracking.

Your leadership approach

We are interested in executives who combine technical understanding with commercial credibility: leaders who can establish priorities, challenge investment decisions, earn stakeholder confidence and remain close to delivery.

You should be comfortable operating through ambiguity and change, making sound decisions and demonstrating the value achieved.

Fluent French is essential , including the ability to lead senior stakeholder discussions and complex business conversations in French.

Relevant backgrounds may include CIO, CTO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, VP Technology or Transformation, or an Operating Partner with substantial technology-led transformation experience. We are open to different career paths where the scope of responsibility and results demonstrate the right fit.
