This role offers a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to high-impact strategic projects across the company — interacting directly with C-level executives and experienced leaders across every function.You will develop a true 360 vision of a fast-moving gaming company, contributing to projects with direct business impact. Based on your profile, strengths, and evolving business needs, you will be embedded in one or several of our core teams — and your scope may shift over time as you grow and as the company's priorities evolve. The types of assignments you could own include:AI: Embedding with our dedicated AI unit to explore, design, and implement AI-powered workflows across the company. A fast-moving, high-impact space at the frontier of what's possible in gaming.Data & Tech: Partnering with our data and engineering teams to drive analytical or operational projects at the intersection of technology and business impact.Business Development & Partnerships: Contributing to our external growth strategy, from onboarding new game studios and expanding into new markets, to structuring partnerships that broaden Homa's ecosystem and reach.Product & Gaming: Embedding within product teams to support roadmap prioritization, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy on live or upcoming game titles.People & Transformation: Acting as a business partner to HR leadership, supporting talent strategy, retention, team structure, and organizational change. Ideal for someone who sees people operations as a lever for business.Growth & User Acquisition: Working with our UA and growth teams on performance strategy, creatives, monetization strategies, channel analysis, and scaling initiatives that directly drive revenue.Finance: Supporting financial modeling, business case development, and strategic planning alongside our finance leadership.
