Your mission

Be at the heart of ManoMano strategy by working closely with transversal teams to build strong market knowledge and develop customer centricity across teams (marketing, product, design,etc..). You will be reporting to the Research & Studies Lead and will work closely with data in order to provide best customers & market insights for all ManoMano targets and all geographies.

Main missions

- Support and manage qualitative or quantitative ad hoc surveys on diverse & international topics: conduct survey from start to finish: set-up (support the Researcher to identify key objectives & context, build questionnaire), management of fieldwork (program quantitative questionnaires, support the conductions of qualitative interviews), results analysis (generate relevant and actionable insights for business).

- Conduct data analysis: carry out data analysis based on ManoMano data. You will be responsible for these analyses from start to finish: data collect and cleaning, calculations and choice of relevant axis of analysis, restitution and data visualization 

- Develop customer centricity at ManoMano : analyze market trends and competition and extract CES insights to share with other teams

You should be

- Familiar with market studies, research processes, interviews and redaction technics

- Data driven & strong analytical skills (Excel or Gsheet good knower)

- Talent for analyzing results and identifying relevant insights

- Audacious and ingenious

- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills

- Structured in your work, curious and willing to learn

- Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)

- Comfortable in English (orally and written)

- It’s a plus, if you already worked on this tools: Confluence, Qualtrics, Qulick, Amplitude
