The Marketing and Product Management Department reports directly to one of the Conducting Officers and is composed by the Head of the Department and other 3 members. The range of activities of the Department can be divided in four macro-areas being: a) Marketing and Business Development (funds' structuring) related tasks b) Product Management related tasks; c) Monitoring of delegated investment managers and investment management activity ; and d) Sustainable investing related tasks. Senior Fund Associate Reporting Line: Head of Marketing and Product Management Employment regime: Permanent contract (CDI) Main Responsibilities Coordinate and review the production and release of periodic/ad hoc reports to various counterparties (Funds Data Platforms, Institutional Investors, other business units of the Group). Coordinate, review and validate the production of the PRIIPs KIDs for new and existing Funds. Coordinate, review and validate the production of the EMT and EPT files. Coordinate the registration process of the Funds in the relevant countries of distribution. Implement and maintain a funds' peer analysis of the fees borne by the funds under management Implement and coordinate the review of Service Level Agreements with delegated investment managers. Implement and execute the monitoring activity on delegated investment managers through the setup of KPIs on delegated investment managers Support to the onboarding process of new Funds, rebranding of existing Funds and Merger Events between existing Funds, with a focus on Alternative Investment Funds and RAIFs. Support in the implementation of a peer analysis with regards to new investment strategies to be implemented. Support the Head of Department in the performance of daily tasks. Your profile: Master Degree, preferably in Economics or Finance. Good knowledge of Fund Industry, Luxembourg market practices, UCITS and AIFMD regulations, setup of alternative investment funds, including RAIFs. At least 5 years of working experience in the Fund Industry, preferably covering a similar role in a ManCo/AIFM or one of the Big 4. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office package.
