Your Role

As a key member of our team, reporting to the workshop manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients to our workshops.
• Scheduling appointments via phone and managing the calendar.
• Overseeing vehicle intake and service coordination.
• Leading repair interventions by guiding your team through repair processes and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Developing business opportunities and advising clients on necessary services.
• Returning vehicles to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Who You Are

• You hold a diploma from BAC Pro to Bac +3 in a technical or commercial field.
• You are meticulous, autonomous, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have a strong team spirit and a good commercial sense.
• You are proficient in computer skills.
• You have experience in automotive after-sales service.
• You hold a valid driving license (permis B).
