Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, promoting technical growth and teamwork.
* Oversee software development projects from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
* Review design solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
* Coordinate with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.
* Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvements.
* Ensure timely delivery of software solutions while maintaining high quality and performance.

Requirements

* Mandarin speakers
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology or any related course.
* Familiarity with at least one of the following IT products and technologies operating system, database, network, security, storage, server, virtualization, cloud computing, big data, and PaaS.
* Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers both at technical and business levels.
* Ability to perform professional sharing, technical guidance, and valuable presentations.
* Experience in leading and managing software engineering teams.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability to deliver software solutions on time and within scope.
* Knowledge of software development best practices and standards.
* Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA.
