International Brand Manager (H/F/NB) - Apprenticeship

Job description

As a Brand Manager executive, you will join the Brand team and work hand-in-hand with the other International Brand Manager (Emma, your manager) to contribute to Wecasa's growing success in the UK.

We are looking for a versatile and culturally savvy individual who knows the ins and outs of the UK market.

Wecasa entered the UK market in 2021 and we are now in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Leeds. With ambitions to expand nationally, this is a thrilling time as we transition from start-up to scale-up and continue building our success story abroad.

You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute brand strategies that enhance our visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.

Your job responsibilities

• Brand content
  • Co-create engaging content for our organic social media pages with the expertise of the Brand Manager FR
  • Be the main point of contact for our social ads content (production needs, assets, wording, managing the agency...)
  • Assist in writing CRM emails for customer & pros acquisition

• Brand campaign
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Create a media list with relevant contacts
  • Handle discussions with local influencers
  • Analysis of performance following brand objectives as well as new customer acquisition objectives

• Brand Pro Community
  • Co-manage the Super Pro Club, an exclusive club for the top pros (emailing, event organisation...)
  • Host online masterclass for pros
  • Build partnerships with brands to offer exclusive discounts to professionals.

• Brand love
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to stay on top of UK trends
  • Report on the monthly actions and results
  • Assist in projects related to our DACH launch with the other International Brand Manager specialised in the DACH region.

Ideal profile

• English is your first language. Speaking French is a massive bonus. You have an international mindset, and intercultural differences inspire you!
• Understanding of the UK market and the latest social media trends.
• Your copywriting skills in English are excellent.
• Background in communications/marketing or start-ups
• Team spirit: You will be working with different teams so being a team player and adaptable is essential
• Creative mindset: Propose innovative ideas to address current challenges
• Organisation & determination: You strive for success even when faced with setbacks
• Project management: ability to multi-task
