Job description Koch Global Financial Services is seeking a Statutory and Tax Reporting Senior Specialist for our Finance office in Luxembourg. This role is ideal for a self-driven, motivated professional looking to add value in a high-performing finance team. You will support financial reporting, audit coordination and involvement in various restructuring projects for Koch Companies in the EMEA region. The role involves partnering with internal teams including tax, legal, and treasury as well as external partners such as auditors and consultants, to ensure deliverables of high quality services towards various Koch businesses. This position offers excellent business exposure, hands-on experience, and a strong platform for career growth within Koch. The role reports to the Statutory and Tax Reporting Manager. We've moved to the new office based in central Luxembourg (Unicity, 23 rue de Hollerich, 1741 Luxembourg). Our Team You will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg. As part of our team's expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in Main Station district. What You Will Do Timely preparation of annual standalone and consolidated financial statements according to local GAAP in various jurisdictions including Poland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, UK, Italy, Denmark, Finland Cooperation with external statutory auditors Enhance knowledge on accounting matters and principles under US GAAP, IFRS and other local GAAP Ensuring group restructures are properly reflected in the books and financial statements Collaborate with our teams located across the globe to ensure high quality of services provided to our customers Required profile Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Ability to clearly present complex ideas, craft compelling narratives, and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences to drive understanding and alignment across teams and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and plan effectively to support business objectives Technical accounting expertise and a strong grasp of group structures, enabling you to navigate and support our dynamic organization Strong accounting knowledge with practical experience in drafting and reviewing financial statements Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively Ability to quickly adapt to dynamic environment and flexibility in supporting various jurisdictions Be proficient in English What Will Put You Ahead Accounting qualifications ACCA/CIMA Fluency in languages: Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian Strong user of Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently as well as with the team Experience collaborating and working effectively across multiple capabilities, businesses, and geographic locations Strong contribution motivated mindset What we offer What W...
