Each molecule needs a distinctive identity, compelling story-telling and engaging promotion to ensure that its olfactive potential is fully understood and embraced by our creative teams worldwide.As an S&T Junior Marketing Manager within the Science & Technology Marketing department, you will support the launch and ongoing promotion of new captive molecules.You will help transform scientific innovations into inspiring ingredient stories, working closely with Research teams and Perfumers. You will contribute to the development of launch materials and internal promotions designed to engage and inspire our global community of creators.You will also support the existing portfolio by answering ingredient-related requests, updating marketing materials, developing new promotions and helping internal teams strengthen their knowledge of our ingredients.Sounds interesting? Reporting to the Head of S&T Marketing, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Fragrance Ingredients Marketing Director, you will have the following objectives: Support the launch of new fragrance ingredients: You will contribute to the preparation and coordination of global internal launches for new captive molecules. In collaboration with Research teams and Perfumers, you will help develop distinctive visual identities, compelling story-telling and supporting launch materials.Create inspiring marketing content: You will develop presentations and ingredient stories that translate complex scientific and olfactive information into clear, engaging and memorable communication. You will also contribute to the creation of digital content and videos, working closely with the Communications team and external agencies when relevant.Develop ingredient promotions: You will ideate new creative directions and bring them to life in collaboration with perfumers and other creative teams. This will include internal communication through discovery sessions, internal events and other initiatives designed to encourage the understanding and adoption of our ingredients.Support and promote the existing portfolio: You will create new promotions to highlight selected ingredients, maintain and update existing marketing materials and contribute to internal training initiatives.Become a trusted partner for our creative and development teams: You will progressively develop strong expertise in the ingredient portfolio and respond to requests from development teams. You will help them understand the olfactive characteristics, creative potential and key stories behind our ingredients. The role is based in Argenteuil and may involve occasional international travel, particularly to Switzerland. You? Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world? Your professional profile includes: Academic background in perfumery, fragrance science, marketing or a related field; a combination of scientific and marketing knowledge would be particularly valuable. 2 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, fragrance, cosmetics or a related field. Nice to have: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop)Strong interest in perfumery, fragrance ingredients and olfactive creation. Creativity and the ability to develop compelling story-telling from scientific and technical information. Curiosity and willingness to develop an understanding of synthetic chemistry and fragrance ingredient technologies. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects and stakeholders. Excellent visual sensitivity and advanced presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate across scientific, creative and marketing teams. Fluency in French and English.
