Banking and Finance Lawyer 3-5 years of Experience - Luxembourg

Join a Leading International Law Firm Our client is a well-established international law firm advising leading banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporate clients on sophisticated financing and cross-border transactions. To support the continued growth of its Banking & Finance practice, the firm is looking for a lawyer with around 3 to 5 years of experience who has developed a strong transactional practice within the Luxembourg market. Your Responsibilities Advise domestic and international clients on complex financing and transactional matters. Draft, negotiate and review finance documentation relating to acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance and other lending transactions. Work on cross-border transactions alongside colleagues from multiple jurisdictions. Assist Partners and senior lawyers on high-profile transactional mandates. Develop long-term relationships with an international client base. Your Profile Qualified lawyer with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience gained within a Luxembourg law firm. Strong exposure to transactional Banking & Finance and/or Capital Markets matters. Candidates coming from a Capital Markets background are strongly encouraged to apply, provided they have developed a genuine transactional practice. Experience in purely regulatory work is not the focus of this opportunity. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Fluent in English. French is a strong advantage. German would be considered a significant asset. Commercial mindset, strong technical abilities and a genuine interest in transactional work.
