Investment Fund Services and Operations officer (m/f) - Luxembourg

RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is a regulated CSSF PSF providing central administration and transfer agency services to Alternative Investment Funds, with a strong focus on Private Equity and Real Estate funds. RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is currently looking for a dynamic person with the following profile: Investment Fund Services and Operations Officer (m/f) As an Officer in Investment Fund Services and Operations, you will act as a contact person and coordinator between clients, investors an related third parties for handling their requests. You will also take care of the day-to-day operations in relation to subscriptions/redemptions of Private Equity and Real Estate funds), and following up with all parties involved. Your main tasks will be: Assisting during the Funds' launch, life and liquidation processes (according to the LPA, PPM and other relevant documents) Creation and maintenance of shareholder registers as well as investor reports · Process and control of closings, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares · Calculating waterfall distributions and investor equalizations Assisting in reviews and updates of internal procedures · Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits · Following up on investor's transactions · Contributing to the development of the use of our TA tool Your profile: Degree in economics, finance or equivalent Auditor profile or similar is welcome 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role would be considered as an advantage Very good communication skills Excellent command of English and French, German or Luxembourg considered as an advantage Good knowledge of the fund industry (with a focus on closed-ended funds mainly investing in Private Equity and Real Estate) Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office environment Analytical mind with strong sense of providing high quality output Why join us?
