What you'll do

As our Growth Inbound Manager, you'll join Skello's Go-to-Market & Strategy team and own our inbound performance: generating qualified leads to fuel our growt, in France, Spain, Italy and our next markets.

Paid acquisition performance

• Own Skello's ads budget and optimize where every euro goes, market by market

• Run and optimise our accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Linkedin and beyond — audiences, creatives, bidding, landing pages

• Conduct A/B tests and steer performance against cost per qualified lead and pipeline generated

New inbound channels

• Test what's emerging — ads inside LLMs, new platforms, new formats — before it becomes standard

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify early trends to bet on

• Kill what doesn't work fast, and scale what does

Organic visibility (SEO & GEO)

• Build the roadmap that makes Skello the obvious answer, on search engines and in AI answers

• Define and prioritise the SEO work on our website, adapt and create new optimized content — hand in hand with our Product team

• Measure what actually moves rankings, traffic and signups

✍️ Content as an acquisition channel

• Partner with local Marketing teams ensure our content strategy is a direct driver of growth and that we have the right capabilities to produce at scale media content people genuinely want to read and watch

• Make sure that content ranks and converts, identify and deploy best practices across markets

Automation and Performance

• Set up clean tracking and build comprehensive dashboards the whole company can read  

• Collaborate with Ops to architect complex marketing automation workflows that nurture leads, utilizing AI-driven personalization

Who are we looking for

• 3+ years of experience in inbound growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment, with experience in paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.

• Proven expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot knowledge expected)

• Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution

• You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever

• You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key

• Fluent in French and in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus)

1. Qualification (45 min): Interview with the Talent Acquisition team

2. Manager interview (45 min - In-person): Discussion with the GTM Growth Lead (your future manager) and VP Marketing

3. Case study and restitution : Final discussion with our VP Strategy to delve deeper into the challenges related to international deployment and Skello's vision.

Compensation package : between 50-70k€
