Financial Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Financial Marketing Manager based in France. As a Financial Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the financial performance of international projects within a fast-paced technology environment. You’ll oversee budgets, P&L, Cash Flow, forecasting, and financial reporting while helping teams make informed business decisions. The role combines hands-on financial control with process optimization and opportunities to improve project profitability. You’ll work closely with finance teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure financial tasks, payments, and budgets are managed effectively. You’ll also contribute to planning new projects, assessing their profitability, and identifying opportunities to make financial processes more efficient. Data visualization and BI tools will help you turn complex financial information into clear insights for leadership and decision-making. Accountabilities - Manage annual, quarterly, and monthly project budgets and monitor their execution against financial plans. - Analyze and manage P&L and Cash Flow while preparing clear financial reports for management. - Monitor payments for team services, tools, and other project-related expenses. - Create, assign, and track financial tasks through Jira, ensuring timely completion. - Identify and implement opportunities to optimize project-related costs. - Improve financial processes and expenditure management by identifying efficient solutions that support project profitability. - Participate in financial planning for new projects and evaluate their expected profitability and financial viability. - Collaborate with contractors, finance specialists, and other stakeholders on financial matters. - Visualize financial data and create management reports using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools. - Monitor financial performance and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Support data-driven decision-making by translating financial information into practical recommendations. - Contribute to the development of more efficient and transparent financial workflows. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a Financial Manager, Financial Marketing Manager, or comparable financial management role. - Strong understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control. - Practical experience planning and managing budgets and monitoring financial performance. - Ability to formulate, assign, and track financial tasks through to completion. - Experience working with contractors, counterparties, finance professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. - Experience working with ERP and CRM systems. - Strong analytical thinking and a structured, highly organized approach to work. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial priorities simultaneously. - Understanding of cryptocurrency payments and their financial implications. - English proficiency at Intermediate level or above for professional communication and financial documentation. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical ways to improve financial efficiency. - Experience calculating team bonuses is considered an advantage. - Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. - A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge inefficient or outdated financial processes.
