Le poste
Dans un contexte de structuration et de croissance des équipes IT, cette entreprise recrute un Engineering Manager.
Rattaché au CTO, tu piloteras une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de développeurs Front (Vue.js), Back (Ruby), Data (Python) et QA (1 à 10 personnes selon périmètre).
Ton rôle : allier vision technique stratégique et leadership humain, pour accompagner la montée en puissance des équipes et garantir l’excellence des plateformes SaaS.
Tes missions principales :
Encadrer, coacher et faire progresser les développeurs (plans de progression, 1:1, objectifs SMART/OKR)
Piloter les recrutements techniques et accompagner l’intégration
Challenger l’architecture et garantir la scalabilité, la performance et la sécurité
Structurer et optimiser les pratiques DevOps (CI/CD, tests automatisés, code review)
Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, UX/UI et Data pour transformer les enjeux métier en roadmap technique

Sécurité : OAuth, OWASP, chiffrement
Environnement Agile Scrum, sprints de 2 semaines, CI/CD en amélioration continue.
Votre profil
- Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent)
- 6 à 10 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel
- 3 à 5 ans minimum en management ou lead technique
- Maîtrise d’au moins 2 langages parmi JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, Python
- Expérience en architecture de systèmes complexes et cloud
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux DevOps et CI/CD
- Leadership bienveillant, capacité à fédérer et à structurer
- Une expérience dans un environnement réglementé est un plus
