Digital Content Executive - English Speaking H/F

Our client is an international FinTech company operating digital trading platforms across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Creative, you are the cornerstone of the content strategy for Europe. Your mission: define a strong editorial vision, create content that drives growth, and embodies the brand identity. You will manage a team of 3 experts (Copywriter, Social Media Manager, Localization Specialist) and oversee content production at a European scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Oversight (30%)

Define the European editorial strategy and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Develop the editorial calendar, aligning brand campaigns with performance objectives.

Implement efficient workflows to ensure quality and responsiveness in content production.

2. Creation & Execution (50%)

Write and oversee strategic content: website, landing pages, newsletters, CRM campaigns, product communications.

Work closely with Paid Media, CRM, SEO, Product, and Local Marketing teams to create high-performing, optimized content.

Develop content for new financial product launches and ensure multi-channel adaptation.

3. Management & Coordination (20%)

Manage, develop, and upskill your team of 3.

Adapt messaging to the cultural and regulatory specifics of each European market.

Track performance through clear KPIs: engagement, conversion, brand consistency, SEO impact.
