Sales Director Europe - Flow-Turn
Ready to shape the European market for Flow-Turn? As sales director Europe, you lead market introduction and build our sales presence across the continent. How will you make Flow-Turn stand out? You work independently, with direct access to management, and quickly respond to customer needs. In this flexible, family-run environment, your decisions and initiatives directly influence growth, giving you space to experiment, connect, and establish Flow-Turn as a trusted player in European warehouses, logistics, and postal sectors.
What will your role in the team look like?
At Flow-Turn, you lead the expansion across Europe, turning market insight into action. Which sectors hold the best opportunities – warehouses, postal services, Amazon, or aviation? Through research, trade shows, and competitor mapping, you spot niches and growth areas. Relationships with system integrators and end-users are built and nurtured, guiding deals from first contact to signed contracts. By communicating customer needs to the US engineering team, you ensure products meet European standards, regulations, and performance expectations.
Alongside sales, you help shape market entry strategies, track pipeline metrics, and adapt plans based on feedback. KPIs are monitored, progress reports prepared, and insights shared to guide company decisions. This role blends commercial skill, technical understanding, and strategic planning to grow revenue, establish Flow-Turn as a credible player, and expand into new markets. Every decision contributes to measurable results and long-term success.

Flow-Turn is a well-established family business with fifteen years of consistent growth and a strong US market position, holding around one-third of a $100-200 million market. This role offers a unique chance to acquire a 10-15% ownership stake, giving you an entrepreneurial opportunity to build the European business from the ground up. With support from the US and European engineering teams, access to training, and plans for a European production site, you can establish Flow-Turn as a recognized player across Europe.
What else do you get?

Monthly salary about €10,000 per month.
Added to your salary you get a bonus and incentives up to 25% additional based on personal KPIs. In the first year based on deliverables such as market research, established contacts and relationships. From the second year based on sales targets.
Ownership stake: opportunity for 10-15% stake in the company as motivation and long-term perspective.
You get an annual contract with possibility of renewal. Contract handling is processed through a European employment agency to comply with local regulations. Contract terms will be negotiated per candidate depending on the country where they are based.
The working location is flexible, depending on your nationality and market preference. Possible locations include the Netherlands, Germany or England.
You get a travel budget, regular travel within Europe is required. Travel to the US approximately 2-3 times per year for training and familiarization.

What do you bring?

Strong industry experience in material handling and logistics, with knowledge of key companies and market dynamics.
Technical understanding and ability to read AutoCAD drawings to communicate effectively with engineers and translate customer needs.
Fluent in English for professional communication across multiple European countries.
Independent and proactive, able to work autonomously while taking ownership of the European expansion.
Excellent communicator with entrepreneurial mindset, building networks, managing relationships, and adapting quickly to different markets and business environments.
