Actual Talent executive recrute dans le cadre du fort développement de son client LightOn : un Product Manager “Enterprise Readiness”.
LightOn développe Paradigm , une IA générative sécurisée qui transforme le patrimoine documentaire des entreprises en moteur de réponse intelligent tout en garantissant la confidentialité absolue et la maîtrise de son savoir-faire stratégique.
Description du poste
Vous orchestrez la Squad dédiée à l' Enterprise Readiness et à l' Identité Utilisateur . Votre objectif est de rendre la plateforme adoptable par l'ensemble des grandes organisations.
Traduire les contraintes techniques complexes des clients (internes/externes) en propositions de valeur claires pour les ventes et les déploiements. Faire des arbitrages entre nouvelles fonctionnalités et dette technique.
Expert en intégration (API, flux de données), vous connectez les solutions aux outils tiers (GED, ERP) et maîtrisez rapidement les protocoles de sécurité (SSO, AD). Vous assurez la synchronisation fluide des systèmes tout en garantissant une gestion stricte des droits d'accès et des permissions.
Responsabilité de l'Enterprise Readiness : Vous veillerez à ce que la plateforme réponde aux normes de sécurité et conformité strictes des grandes entreprises (SSO, synchronisation SharePoint, ACL, Active Directory).
Parcours et expériences
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Product Management, spécifiquement dans le B2B ou les logiciels d'entreprise.
- Esprit Agile / Startup : Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements où le marché n'est pas encore mature. Vous savez jongler avec des priorités mouvantes pour saisir les opportunités.
- Expertise en Intégration : Solides antécédents dans la connexion de plateformes avec des outils externes.
- Client and solution centric : autonome, vous résolvez les problèmes clients et gérer les priorités
