Our forward‑thinking rehabilitation centre is looking for a dedicated Masseur Kinésithérapeute to join a supportive, multidisciplinary environment where every step truly matters.

What You’ll Do
Provide therapeutic interventions for both full‑time hospitalisation and day‑hospital patients.
Conduct comprehensive assessments (diagnostic kinésithérapique, care objectives, selection of appropriate techniques).
Define, communicate, and explain therapeutic goals and programmes to patients and their families.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and ensure high‑quality documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality and maintain the patient’s unique record.
Collaborate actively within a multidisciplinary team (including physiotherapists, APA instructors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, etc.) and participate in regular service meetings.
Perform PMSI coding and adhere to the organisation’s information security policies.
Who You Are
Holder of the State Diploma of Masseur Kinésithérapeute.
Proficient in a wide range of massage and rehabilitation techniques.
Empathetic, with strong listening skills and a genuine concern for patient well‑being.
Team‑oriented, able to work seamlessly with professionals from various disciplines.
Committed to continuous learning and quality improvement.
Working Conditions
Contract: Permanent (CDI), start date as soon as possible.
Salary: Determined according to professional experience and the applicable collective agreement; paid over 14 months plus a SEGUR bonus.
Hours: Full‑time, 39 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:18) with a one‑hour lunch break.
Time off: 20 RTT days per year; public holidays are paid and not worked.
On‑site meals are available (cost under €3, employee‑paid).
