Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Content Creator Social Media pour produire des contenus engageants, incarnés et différenciants, en lien étroit avec l’équipe Social Media et le pôle Brand Content.
&##Création de contenus social-first
- Imaginer, produire et monter des contenus photo & vidéo pour les réseaux sociaux (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts…).
- Être force de proposition sur les concepts créatifs, angles, narrations et formats innovants &##128640;.
&##Tournage & production
- Réaliser des tournages en autonomie ou en équipe (studio, bureaux, événements, activations, street marketing).
- Veille & culture social media
- Assurer une veille permanente sur les tendances social media, créateurs et formats émergents.
- Dans le cadre de la stratégie social media d’Adopt, le/la Content Creator joue un rôle clé lors des activations terrain, opérations de street marketing et temps forts marque.
Créer des contenus quasi en temps réel, pensés pour les réseaux sociaux (stories, Reels, TikTok).
- Transformer une activation physique en contenus social-first puissants et viraux.
- Ce poste demande une forte agilité terrain, un excellent sens du timing social media et une grande capacité d’adaptation.
&##Appliquer les bonnes pratiques environnementales au quotidien : tri, économie d’énergie, respect des procédures internes (ISO, logistique responsable, achats responsables).
* Dans le cadre du poste de Content Creator :
- Valoriser, lorsque pertinent, les engagements RSE de la marque dans les contenus social media.

• Participer à la déclinaison créative des campagnes, lancements produits et activations de marque.
---------------------------------------- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en création de contenus social media (marque, agence ou freelance).
- Excellente maîtrise de la vidéo mobile (tournage & montage).
- Créatif(ve), curieux(se), réactif(ve), autonome.
- Expérience ou appétence forte pour les tournages terrain, événements ou activations de marque.
