CDI - Paris
Le Service Commercial clients assure l'interface avec les clients pour toute la gestion du carnet de commandes, depuis la prise de commande jusqu'à la livraison.
Tu seras responsable de la gestion administrative et la relation clients en partenariat avec l'organisation sales/commerciale ainsi que les principaux départements, dans le respect de notre plan stratégique. Assurer le déblocage des commandes dans le respect des délais de livraison, le traitement des avis de souffrances et retours, litiges transport….
~ Participer à des projets transverses en partenariat avec d’autres services.
Tu possèdes une formation dans le commerce avec une première expérience commerciale ou logistique de 2 ans minimum.
Tu as une excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (notamment Excel, power BI, Power Point, SAP, Sales Force,et une appétence digitale /Business Intelligence.
Tu parles couramment français et tu es à l'aise en anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit (Niveau C1).
