1-1s with your Manager for coaching and training

• 1-1s with Account Executives to strategize on outreach to target accounts
• As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a crucial role in driving our success by researching industries, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and securing meetings with senior executives to create new business opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact our business growth and enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts. We look forward to having you on board to help us achieve these exciting milestones!

We're looking for outstanding people who are energetic and determined to join our Business Development Representative team. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing, profitable, and self-funded scale-up, learn valuable business development skills, and make an impact.
Work closely with the senior business development team to strategize on key accounts
Define and implement intelligent outbound campaigns - reaching out to prospects via multiple channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and more
Identify and target new business opportunities and contacts, securing initial meetings with senior executives
Take ownership of outbound campaigns (calling, emailing, LinkedIn), showcasing creativity to optimize your efficiency and effectiveness
Handle client/prospect interactions, leading and contributing to calls and meetings with senior executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and a C1 level in English
You have experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing

Month 4: At this stage, you'll have most of the knowledge and skills to independently source, engage and nurture prospects. International environment: Start-up with five offices (Paris, London, Berlin, New York, Singapore) and users in more than 60 countries
