Our Vision for This Role:

We are seeking an Editorial Content Creator to become the authentic voice and visual storyteller for the company. Your mission will be to craft a compelling narrative that reveals the essence of our brand—capturing the nuanced process, the talented people, and the deliberate craft behind our designs, not merely the finished product.

Core Purpose:

To translate the company’s culture, personality, and projects into a cohesive and elegant narrative. You will produce editorial-quality content that feels genuine, sophisticated, and intimately connected to our world.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Narrative Development:

• Build and define core content pillars centered on our Projects, Creative Process, Team Culture, and Design Philosophy.
• Develop a refined, narrative-driven approach to all content, ensuring it reflects the company’s elevated aesthetic and intimate, family-oriented voice.

• Content Production & Curation:

• Document the full spectrum of our studio life, from creative workflows and site visits to candid team interactions.
• Produce a mix of high-quality photography, short-form video, and editorial copy that balances spontaneous authenticity with polished execution.
• Generate visual and written assets to support award entries, partnership features, and public relations initiatives.

• Channel Management & Brand Building:

• Contribute to and help maintain a strategic content calendar for key platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Enhance our employer brand by showcasing company’s unique culture, positioning us as a destination for world-class design talent.
• Ensure all published content maintains consistent tonal quality and visual standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possesses a discerning editorial eye, shaped by experience in publishing, journalism, or luxury brand storytelling.
• A natural storyteller who finds narrative and beauty in authentic, unfolding moments.
• Brings a collaborative spirit, ready to integrate into our team and culture as a creative partner.
• Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to identifying and capturing compelling content opportunities.
• Operates with a high degree of autonomy and a commitment to quality that aligns with our brand’s sophistication.

Required Experience & Skills:

• A foundational background in editorial, media, or content publishing is essential.
• Proven proficiency in photography and videography, with a fluency in social-first and mobile content creation.
• Competency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere Pro/Rush, or comparable mobile applications).
• Understanding of content strategy and best practices for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in content creation, ideally within design, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
• Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license to facilitate travel for project documentation.
• (Preferred) Ownership of professional-grade photographic/videography equipment.

Position to be based in Dubai.
