Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/n)

Legal | Location: Esch-sur-Alzette | Contract: You advise and assist the Encevo Group companies in the legal aspects of their activities, in various areas of business law, energy law, and mergers & acquisitions
You draft and review contracts, and participate in negotiation together with business units
You conduct legal risk analyses and provide legal opinions and recommendations to business units and management
You manage litigation, with support of external counsels when required
You participate in legal monitoring and training to the business, contribute to knowledge management within the legal department, and implement the resulting developments within the Group’s entities
You hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Law (with a focus on commercial, corporate, or business law) obtained in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or Germany
Good knowledge in competition law, new technology law and/or public procurement law is an asset. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
