Customer Support & Services Manager F/H

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to:

• represent the full scope of our asset management services to our Wholesale and Institutional clients
• collaborate with internal colleagues and support the efforts of our third-party relationships
• You’ll be working in the Asset Management Client Coverage team in Paris, reporting to the Head of Client Coverage France. As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience, strengthen our brand and ultimately increasing our footprint in the French institutional and wholesale market.

minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or related field

• Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business management, economics, or finance
• established network and rapport within French wholesale and insurance companies (General Account and Unit Linked)
• dependable and goal-oriented, with proved ability in time management
• proficient computer skills, including MS Office, and familiarity with CRM tools
• native in French and fluent in English to support the local client portfolio
