Basé dans nos locaux de Boulogne-Billancourt, vous rejoignez la Direction Marketing Marque et Conquête, sous la responsabilité du Responsable Marketing Conquête. Dans ce cadre, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les experts Acquisition et Data de l’équipe Conquête, afin d’identifier, prioriser et accompagner la mise en œuvre des optimisations du parcours d’Entrée en Relation.
Collaborer avec les experts Data de l’équipe Conquête, afin d’évaluer l’impact des optimisations proposées et d’alimenter les recommandations d’évolution du parcours
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du parcours en s’appuyant sur les enseignements issus des expérimentations menées avec les experts Data
Coordination transverse et gestion de projet
Animer le suivi des projets et garantir la bonne mise en œuvre des optimisations avec les équipes concernées
Partager les enseignements avec les autres experts Acquisition et Data de l’équipe Conquête et contribuer à la cohérence du parcours avec les différents leviers marketing
De formation supérieure Bac+5 (école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou université), vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en optimisation de la conversion (CRO) et en amélioration des parcours digitaux.
Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies d’expérimentation et adoptez une forte culture du Test & Learn. À l’aise avec l’analyse de données, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en analytics et en outils de datavisualisation (Looker, Power BI…) ; la maîtrise du SQL constitue un atout.
Doté(e) d’une solide compréhension des parcours utilisateurs, des fondamentaux UX et des mécanismes de conversion, vous connaissez également l’écosystème publicitaire digital et ses principaux leviers d’acquisition. Reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à piloter des projets transverses, vous savez fédérer et coordonner efficacement des équipes Produit, UX, Data et Tech autour d’objectifs communs.
