This includes designing and validating data architectures, SQL mappings, and integration flows, while ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and security. You will act as the highest-level technical escalation point during deliveries and remain hands-on when required (SQL, Python, Docker, cloud environments). Customer-Centric Technical Leadership You will serve as a trusted technical partner for customers, leading technical discovery workshops with IT and data teams and translating business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions. Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

8+ years of professional experience in software, data, or solution engineering roles

• Strong technical background (software engineering, data engineering, or similar)
• Proven experience leading a team (minimum 2–3 people)
• Strong SQL (data modeling, mappings, transformations)
• Python (scripting, automation, data processing)
• Data pipelines / ETL / ELT
• Office locations : Remote Flexibility: Premium Health Coverage : Up to 70% covered by Pelico (Alan Healthcare).

Meal Allowance : €10/day worked, covered at 50% (via Swile card).
Transportation Support: 50% public transportation coverage or an equivalent sustainable mobility package.
