votre mission
Atlantis RH is looking for a client, International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings , a Hvac Design Manager (F/M) #DataCentre In Madrid.
Working on design and build projects , your main missions are:
Design Phase:
- Defining technical solutions (studies and energy optimization, system sizing, etc.),
- Writing technical specifications (descriptive reports, technical requirements),
- Overseeing the creation of technical drawings (plans, schematic diagrams),
- Conducting consultations and analyzing company proposals.
Construction Supervision Phase:
- Reviewing and approving execution plans prepared by subcontractors,
- Monitoring project progress and leading technical coordination meetings,
- Conducting pre-acceptance operations and managing testing procedures.
votre profil
With a Mechanical Engineering degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in design on industrial building projects with high added technical value. Speaking fluently Spanish and English , a good level in French would be a plus.
