Endoluminal Sales Manager responsible for selling the Ion Endoluminal System to hospitals across France and Benelux. Role involves managing complex capital sales cycles, building clinical and executive advocacy, and driving market adoption through strategic account management and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete capital sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature and installation
- Develop territory and strategic account plans aligned with regional business objectives
- Build executive, clinical, and economic advocacy across hospital leadership and physicians
- Lead market development by identifying new accounts, clinical champions, and key opinion leaders
- Coordinate cross-functional deal teams and support contract negotiations and procurement processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years medical device sales experience
- Capital medical equipment sales experience preferred
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of bronchoscopy, endoscopy, or operating room environments
- Demonstrated strategic account and complex stakeholder management
- Matrix organization cross-functional collaboration ability
- Analytical, negotiation, and business planning expertise
