The role is part of the Color (Taste) Business Unit, supporting product marketing and sales enablement activities through innovative, data-driven and digital approaches. The team works closely across Marketing, Sales, R&D and Regulatory to deliver customer-ready, compliant, and impactful solutions.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support the design and development of a Smart Presentation Generator using AI and Copilot tools
• Contribute to building and structuring a slides and content database (capabilities, categories, applications, visuals)
• Help define logic and rules to automatically combine product data, applications, visuals, and regional or customer-specific inputs
• Participate in testing, documenting, and iterating AI-driven marketing tools
• Support the creation of customer-ready sales presentations ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance
• Adapt presentation tools for internal training and learning purposes, including interactive formats
• Support daily Color Marketing and Product Marketing activities, including database and tool management
• Conduct market, portfolio, and application research to enrich marketing content
• Support CRM updates, pipeline reporting, and color project registrations

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently a Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Business, Digital Innovation, Data, or a related field
• Strong interest in AI, automation, digital tools, and innovation
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel, with curiosity for Copilot and AI-enabled tools
• Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to translate ideas into practical solutions
• Good communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a cross-functional and international environment
• Interest in marketing, product management, and sales enablement processes

• Previous exposure to AI tools, automation, or digital content systems
