We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas.How you will Fulfill Your Potential Our Associates and Vice Presidents play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, leading our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.Responsibilities includeHelp managing and structuring mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, fixed income and equity issuancesPreparing presentations and financial models, assessing clients situations to provide the necessary financial advice and recommending strategies to meet client goalsHelp driving business development and coverage in CEE across industries and productsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FORMaster’s Degree and 3+ years of investment banking experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years investment banking or equivalent experienceStrong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role2+ years’ experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associates History of outstanding academic and professional achievementA self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to put in the required effort to exceed client expectationsProven strong project management and business development skills CEE regional expertise, with a strong preference for regional language skillsPosting Date: 2026-08-14
