Descriptif du poste

• Define the design vision and project goals in collaboration with the client and project teams.

• Lead the development of the design through all phases (conceptual design, design development, construction documents).

• Develop and oversee the creation of innovative concepts, presentations, and 3D renderings.

• Ensure design quality and consistency, resolving complex aesthetic and technical issues.

• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and fabricators to ensure project feasibility and compliance.

• Present projects to clients and act as a key point of contact to maintain and develop relationships.

• Foster a collaborative environment and mentor teams towards design excellence

Profil recherché

• Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master’s).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project design, ideally within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts).

• Excellent command of design software: Revit, Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus), 3DS Max, and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and sustainable design principles.

• Exceptional graphic and presentation skills.

• Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Team player with good negotiation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
