Key Requirements: Critical Requirement: We are specifically seeking a profile fluent in both English and German. Languages: Fluent German & English are essential (French and/or Dutch are a strong plus). Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical training. Service Mindset: Strong customer-first attitude with excellent phone, email, chat, and in-person communication skills. Financial Interest: A genuine interest in financial markets and eagerness to learn. Tech Affinity: Comfortable with modern software, trading tools, and technologies. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours linked to market schedules, including a late shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) about 5 times a month and occasional holiday coverage.
