Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal - Law – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary

• You will have to manage a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI and PE/RE entities from the constitution to the liquidation.
• You will be the point of contact for your clients in case they have queries or need advice.
• Preparing board meetings will be part of your regular tasks as well as preparing shareholders' meetings and the minutes.
• You will be responsible for the different publications on the Trade Registers (RCS/RBE) such as capital increases and decreases, change of directors, change of seat, annual accounts and so on.
• You will be responsible for maintaining contacts with clients, notaries, public authorities and banks.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Legal - Law – Corporate – PFS - Fiduciary

• You have at minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, PSF or asset management company in Luxembourg.
• You have a good team spirit which will enable you to reinforce the spirit of cohesion within your team.
• You have already managed a client portfolio from the constitution to liquidation/dissolution.
• You are fluent in German and have a fluent professional proficiency in English.
• You are motivated, dynamic and organised by nature and you like to be rigorous in the way you handle your daily tasks.

• Overtime is practically inexistent in this PFS, meaning that you will have ample time to spend with family and friends.
• You will receive meal vouchers worth 10.80€, which you can use for shopping or dining at restaurants, as well as an annual bonus .
