Depuis 2018, IMC Luxembourg accompagne les étudiants et jeunes diplômés dans leur parcours de formation et leur insertion professionnelle. Spécialisé dans les domaines de la Finance, Banque, QSE, Ressources Humaines, notre campus développe des partenariats solides avec les entreprises du Luxembourg afin d'offrir des expériences concrètes et professionnalisantes. IMC Luxembourg recrute, pour le compte d'un partenaire basé à Luxembourg, un(e) Chargé(e) HSE junior en alternance dans le cadre du BAC+3 QSE. Vous rejoignez une équipe HSE et intervenez sur des sujets terrain : prévention, conformité, actions sécurité et suivi des indicateurs. Vous intégrerez une équipe Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement et participerez au déploiement opérationnel du système QSE sur le terrain. Vos missions (évolutives) :
- Participer à l'animation Sécurité : sensibilisations, causeries, affichages, suivi EPI
- Réaliser des visites terrain et remonter les situations à risque / écarts
- Contribuer aux analyses d'événements (incidents, presqu'accidents) et aux plans d'actions
- Mettre à jour la documentation (procédures, fiches, registres) et suivre la conformité
- Suivre les KPI HSE (tableaux de bord, reporting Excel)
- Participer à des actions environnement (tri, déchets, conformité, bonnes pratiques)
- Étudiant(e) préparant un BAC+3 Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement au sein du Campus IMC Luxembourg.
- Goût du terrain, rigueur, sens de l'organisation, esprit d'analyse
- Bon relationnel, capacité à faire appliquer des règles avec pédagogie
- À l'aise avec Excel et les outils bureautiques
- Français requis ; anglais apprécié selon l'environnement
