Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Training team to support the expansion of Scaleway Learning , our certification and training program.
Your mission will be to develop and manage digital learning pathways in order to amplify our market presence as a strategic hyperscaler and accelerate the growth of our partner network.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a team of 5 people specializing in instructional design and training delivery, supported by a team leader who coordinates the overall strategy. This creative and close-knit collective plays a key role in the success of Scaleway's employees and partners by designing innovative and impactful learning journeys.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Position and promote digital learning as a strategic lever for individual performance and rapid skill development.
• Develop and manage digital training pathways while ensuring the commercialization and updating of certifications.
• Analyze training needs based on feedback from clients and partners.
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Communicate program results, including financial indicators and learner satisfaction levels.
• Maintain constant collaboration with Product, Engineering, Documentation, and Sales teams to achieve mission objectives.
• Ensure the relevance and impact of certifications offered to clients.

ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS:

• Digital Learning Architecture: Ability to build digital learning paths tailored to target audience needs.
• Cloud Computing: Essential knowledge of the cloud computing field.
• LMS Platforms: Mastery of e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Instructional Design Tools: Proficiency in authoring tools and dedicated e-learning software.
• Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both French and English.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to receive and integrate feedback.
• Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Adaptability: Comfortable with diverse technical products, terminology, and industry players.
• Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning and an openness to taking on new challenges.
