Our team is looking for a Sales Director. In this role you will have a leading position to develop Zeekr in the market and actively contribute to its target's achievements. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers and partners by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain. This is what you will do:
- Sales Target setting and achievement- You will be in charge of the channel split, volumes generated, commercial policies development and daily performance monitoring of all sales channels, supported by a dedicated B to B team.
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking- Provide deep insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the region.
- Channel Development & Resource Integration- Build and enhance partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, dealers, and business partners.
- Plan and develop the local channel network to ensure strong market coverage and effective resource allocation.
- Business Planning & Execution- Define, implement, and manage annual and monthly business targets.
- Operational Excellence- Oversee supply chain coordination and monitor dealer operations to maintain stable performance.
- Customer Satisfaction & Brand Advocacy- Ensure NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys are effectively conducted, and customer feedback is prioritized and addressed promptly.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Leadership & Team Development- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive sales (preferably with dealer groups or car brand companies).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, through Individuals and Businesses channels, and managing dealer networks.
- A customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Experience of leading regional sales teams focused on partnering with automotive dealer groups.
- Solution oriented mindset with the ability to analyze problems and explore different types of possible solutions.
- Good collaboration skills, you are used to working in teams and with colleagues from different departments.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of independent thinking and analytical ability.
- Excellent presentation- and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in French and English , both spoken and written.
