(This role is only based in Greece. Remote work from other countries is not possible. Relocation support is provided.)

Your Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

You'll assist customers through different communication channels, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account-related requests and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Stay up to date with internal tools, products, and procedures.
• Meet quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent French (C1 level or above).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and online applications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position.
• 5 working days per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotational schedule.
